I'm not even sure I understand this one….? A guy shows up to the bank in a tree costume and waits in line and when it gets to his turn he demands some cash? What about a little profiling while this dude was standing in line and gently swaying in the breeze? I don't know - security these days ain't what it was when I was knocking over the bulk food isle at Pathmark and Publix as a kid. They usually had me scoped out well before I even got my grubby paws into the Swedish Fish bin - making the whole take a handful of carmel cashews and a pretzel stick or two.
